Small Farm Butchers Ltd -  Lauren Boarer and her husband brought Small Farms Butchers in 2021 after a move to Hereford in 2020. Lauren got into butchery when she was around 15 years old after helping in a butchers for the summer she then went onto college to study Farm Management where she then went on to run a big farm finishing stock for the butchers shops. The opportunity come up after their move to Hereford to buy their own shop where they have worked extremely hard to give the shop a new lease of life, and bring it up to the modern day. They have a fantastic team that work tirelessly to continue to provide award winning produce.  There will be three demos lasting 30mind at 11.30am 1.30pm and 3.30pm

Other Demos will take place on the livestock handling stands, stick demos, spinning demos in the Wool Hub along with bolus demos on other outdoor stands
